This notice describes the services currently active on CryptX. It will be updated before advertising, analytics or email delivery is enabled.
Information you submit
The launch-list form stores your email address, request time and request to receive launch updates. The contact form stores your name, email, subject, message and submission time. These records are used to manage the publication and respond to requests. The launch list is not currently connected to an email delivery provider.
Site operations
The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security providers process information needed to deliver requests. The editorial desk uses ChatGPT sign-in. Published articles are publicly accessible. Sign-in is required for the publishing desk. The desk stores the owner’s site-specific user identifier and an audit trail of editorial changes.
Optional market data
TradingView loads only after you choose to load market prices. The external service receives technical request information including your IP address and the embedding page. Consult TradingView’s privacy policy for its handling of that information.
Cookies, advertising and analytics
No advertising network or audience analytics scripts are active in this edition. Authentication may use essential cookies. The editorial sidebar may remember its open state. We will provide applicable consent and privacy choices before activating advertising or non-essential tracking.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information you supplied by using the contact form. Include enough context to identify the request; do not submit passwords, wallet recovery phrases or identity documents. We may need to verify a request before changing records.
Abuse prevention
Forms use temporary, salted hashes derived from connection information to limit repeated submissions. Raw IP addresses are not stored in this application’s rate-limit table. Expired rate-limit records are removed as new requests arrive.
Retention
Launch-list requests are retained while the newsletter launch is being prepared or until removal is requested. Contact messages are retained while needed to handle the inquiry and maintain an appropriate record. Editorial revisions are retained to support corrections and accountability.
